Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting MERICAN DREAMZ REBELLION™.
Because every item is made to order, our return and refund process works differently from traditional retail. Please read the policy below before placing an order.

 

1. All Sales Are Final (Made‑to‑Order Policy)

Every product we sell is printed on demand specifically for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item or color

Please double‑check your size, address, and order details before checkout.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you.

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

 

3. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

We cannot refund or replace orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If theft is a concern in your area, consider shipping to a secure location.

 

4. Wrong Address Policy

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues

  • We cannot refund the order

  • If the package is returned to sender, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee

Please verify your address carefully before placing your order.

 

5. Cancellations

Because items enter production quickly, orders cannot be canceled once they have begun printing.
If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to stop production — but this is not guaranteed.

 

6. Color & Print Variations

Due to differences in screens, lighting, and print processes:

  • Colors may appear slightly different in person

  • Print placement may vary by up to 1 inch

These variations are normal and not considered defects.

 

7. Returns Without Authorization

We do not accept returned items unless we have approved the return in writing.
Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
